Return Process

  Ensure your Pit Vipers are in their original packaging, scratch-free, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Start Your Claim

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure the gear in its original box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid or Swapped

  Once our warehouse team verifies your return, we will issue your refund or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
